Hi guys/girls Obviously new to the group I'm still training 4-5 days a week started about 20 odd yrs ago couple of breaks here and there as you do. Now my problem is was pushing 50-55kg dumbbells before this covid shit hit. Back into the gym when they opened and some how now I have bursitis of the shoulder. Have tried everything to fix it ice packs, heat packs, laser treatment, Cortisone injections (lasted 3 days...Pffft),
oil message, ect ect ect... Now im thinking about trying BPC-157 im wondering has anyone tried it and did it work as a repair peptide, any input would be greatly appreciated..

g'day mate and welcome to the board.

i feel your pain, i also have bursitis along with a cyst on the humeral head, don't you just love getting older.

i have considered the option you are talking about but after reading seemingly endless anecdotal reports, most of which seemed to suggest that it didn't do much and wasn't worth the $ if it was even real, i decided against it.

my current plan of attack is daily internal and external shoulder rotations using a resistence band, basically regular movements to improve shoulder/scapula stability along with lighter weights on my workouts as well as naproxin when needed, oh and cissus every night.

unfortunately surgery is the only option for the cyst so that's something to look forward too.

if i had the financial resources i probably would try the healing peptides a go, if you do try them please let us know how you go.

    Hey mate...
I am going to give them a go. I did use them after my surgery from a triple hernia opp and my recovery was super quick. I know this is totally different but I think its worth a go..
I will be getting them hopefully from a Compound Lab..so trustworthy

fark man, i assume that is on the flat bench.

have you ever done a 1rm?

i am doing the maths in my head and i reckon you would easily be getting 150kg up and that is being conservative.
what body weight are you/were you when you were doing those numbers.
