    Hello brothers..

    Joined here as the other forums seem to be going offline and wanted some much needed advice I am a newbie and currently running a program that seems to be working for me but wanted to know what you guys thought

    I am intermitant fasting eating from 2pm to 10pm usually sleep around 1 or 2 am and wake up at 8 usually go to the gym around 10 and do weight lifting for 10-15 mins low weights high rep and then I walk to the gym 15 minutes each way with 30 minutes of uphill 8 incline with 6 speed getting my heart rate at 120-130

    with working I am always on my feet all day as well which adds the extra cardio

    Eating wise I usually eat big at 2pm having rice with protein and veggies after that I usually stick to protein and veggies but I do eat quite a lot as I get the hunger pains! I opted for the 2pm to 10 because late night hunger kills me lol


    I am 29 5 foot 11 and between 94/96kg

    any advice much appreciated

    Hi there, i got stuck on "do weight lifting for 10 to 15min" ... Is this a typo?

    Hi bro, I usually do around 20 minutes alternativing between machines so I'll do say 15 reps and then a 30 sec break and then the next machine for 15 reps.. I've only just started incorporating the weights into the cardio
