any advice please

    Hi
    New to this forum so sorry if this subject has been spoken about before.
    I will do between 3 to 4 hours cardio everyday day. Everyone says it’s too much but I’m happy doing it.
    I will use the Stepper and treadmill in the mornings and just the treadmill after work.
    I’m only 21 but I have terrible arthritis in both hands and I would love to be able to do weights
    Any advice on what I can actually do to work out the top and not just the legs would be really appreciated

    hi, maybe use wrist wraps? and dont bend the wrist when doing weights.

    when i was 13 i had wrist issues... possibly due to masturbating too much.
    but srsly, it was because i used to work in the family carpentry business, and it got to a point where i couldnt even hold a hammer.
    went to the doctors and said i was developing arthritis.
    so i stopped working.

    anyways...
    fast forward when i was 19 and started training... my wrists started hurting again..
    i overcame this issue by working out my forearms, at least a couple times a week to strengthen them, and eventually it became pain free.

    now im not a doctor, and im not saying this will help or cure you... but i would think its worth a shot.

    in regards to 3-4hrs cardio a day, if you have that much time on ur hands, then do what ur heart pleases.
    if it does not interfere with ur goals.. then there shouldnt be an issue.
