    Apparently breast milk is a great health booster?? Anyone had experience?

    Colostrum wich is produced promdomitly in the first week is supposed to be great as for just breast milk it would all be on the supplier and how healthy they are.

    i made great gains on breast milk when i was younger.

    I wasn't really into solid food back then though so things are a bit different now

    This is why I stick to 19-nors - I can produce my own milk. Win win.

    hmm well I read that most adults stop producing the enzyme to digest milk which is why 75% of world is lactose intolerant or something along those lines.

    I don't drink much milk at all but i'd imagine your body might have a hard time to digest breastmilk. Sure its human, not cow but milk is milk.

    Again I don't know for sure so don't quote me.
