Hey guys, Is anyone out there familiar with the PTW training method? I have a question regarding the progression from PNP1 to PNP2 to PNP3 etc.... Basically Izzy states that you judge when to move between programs using his 'stalling' protocol. Eg, if you fail to get at least three reps on all sets for, say, Squat, then you deload by x% and move on to PNP2... However, what if you're going strong hitting full sets of 6 for Bench and Deadlift, and its only your Squat thats struggling? Do you need to wait until you can't hit 3 reps on ALL movements before you transition to the next phase? Or do you move completely onto the next phase even if just one of your lifts stall? I guess I might be nit-picking here, but I wouldn't mind some clarity. Cheers!
