Since surgery I have lost 4 kg in 4 weeks. Trying to slow it down but paranoid to not put fat on. Doing a fair bit of walking as any thing more jars the arm. Damn I gotta get this behind me to stop the rot. :(

How's the recovery going? When are you able to being rehab on the shoulder?

Probably best to just stay away from the scales. It's a given some size will be lost given the circumstances, but just remember muscle memory is a big thing, and once you get back to full capacity (no matter how long it takes) all those gains will come back, if not more.

Hey mate. Still in the sling until the 31st. That is six weeks to the day. On this day I take it off it will be in the physio office as I have an appointment to get some idea where I am with range of motion. As I take the sling off three times a day to do my normal passive physio with no range of motion moves I have sneakily tried moving my arm in a way which is normal but not allowed in the earlier weeks but it has hurt so stopped. I am thinking I will have little range on my first physio session. I will report back when I do them.

I totally agree on muscle memory. I broke my left index finger last November on the tip and needed surgery so could not grip. I was unable to do deadlifts for nearly 2 months but on my first session back managed a 220kg deadlift so yes muscle memory is real haha.

It is going to be a slow time coming back so it will test my patience but I will be patient and come back slow and steady to full steam hopefully.

Stacking dmaa with amp citrate is like the semi natty version of taking anadrol. Strength of a bull. @MRSA

During the first couple of weeks I really noticed the feeling of being kind of pumped/full all the time and really noticed extra pumps when training, I am not feeling it as much now but I think it's because you just get used to feeling that way and it becomes less noticeable after some time.

Same thing with my skin, really noticed it felt better at the start, I guess it could have been placebo though.

Around the 6 week mark I got comments from a few people that told me I had put on noticeable muscle and in the last couple of weeks I have definitely become a bit leaner without altering my diet or training.

I definitely have made gains but the problem is, as I am in the pretty early stages of training seriously again after a break of about 18 months I am getting bigger and stronger anyway so it makes it hard to say how much is really due to the mk.

Haven't had much in the way of negatives, a small amount of bloat at the start and some hunger/carb issues which I only gave in to once or twice and the pins & needles in my hands.

I will be stopping this Sunday so it will be interesting to see how I feel when I stop.

To sum it up I definitely feel I got results but definitely couldn't say they were amazing.

This was my first time using it so can't compare to any other mk products but I used the powder which worked out way cheaper than the prices I have seen for other products.
