    Havnt tried flavoured one..
    I think i had the unflavoured one many yrs ago and tasted like ass..
    Or worse than ass.. Coz i dont mind the occasional chocolate fudge lips.

    You could try and eat some fruit instead;)

    I know there's some believers in here, though i am not one of them when it comes to Intra Workout drinks and BCAAS and EAAS etc etc etc. I believe if your body is in an extremely catabolic state and your dietary intake of general nutrients is low then these products may benefit you, otherwise i'm sorry to say your pissing your money away(no offense intended):)

    I've used heaps of supps over years and years, and now in my tender old age i am led back to the basics of eating fruit and veges etc, just keeping my fibre intake higher than it was when i was younger. I still eat high calories everyday(I'm an animal), but i make sure to eat plenty of fibre as well.

    yeah fair enough....
    i probably buy protein once a year, and just use craze for pwo every once n a while..
    apart from that just eat eat eat.
    right now 90% clean eating.. but if i have a good cheat meal a couple hours before gym, i really feel so much better energy/strength/pump wise... too bad cant do that everyday =(

    see the thing i hate with guys like this is how much bullshit they surround the truth in the try sell it.

    It's like a porsche, its a car right, but if half way through telling you about it the guy is like "yeah this is the fastest production car in the world" and also "the safest car on the road in the world" ... you stop believing everything else he said about the car as thats complete bullshit.

    Watched parts of the below video interview of Stan Efferdingdong. It's 1.5 hours long.

    Some things he says:

    -People should eat a shit load of lean red meat (beef) because its the superior protein compared to chicken/egg whites and the body digests it better.

    -Don't consume caffeine/stimulants.

    -Consume more salt, salt all your food.

    -Eat more fruit.

    -Dextrose/Fructose + Sodium + Water post workout.

    Thoughts? @hardcore @scump @hashish @C**nt @MRSA @Eidolon @Reddust @chrismwpcs

    Not a 100% sure about the red meat opinion, I personally find it takes the body longer to digest/break down and if you're eating several meals a day of steak that shit sits in the gut.

    I have chicken breast for dinner with a side of frozen vegies cooked in the pan.

    The other night I just polished off my dinner, watching the news and they start talking about a product recall of frozen vegies from Woolies due to a Listeria outbreak lol I was like faaaaaark.

    I don't have the knowledge to comment, but everything in moderation right. Too much read meat, salt, even fruit have their own issues. I've read more and more about the 'blood type diet', and although it might be bullocks it would be true to say that our digestive systems are different and what's compatible for one may not be for another. So in short, it's just like everything else, find what works for you

    ive been having stomach issues for a while now...
    but i just changed from chicken errr day to beef this past week.. and ive gone from shitting water a couple times a day to actually shitting solids.
    i would go with moderation is the key aswell though..
    salt.. im not sure.. i never salt anything.
    i dont think theres a downside to eating more fruit.

    This is going to sound like a dumb question, but if I want to sell something online, like concert tickets, what's the best platform to use, and how would the transaction take place?

    Like, the tickets are in my name, in digital format, so I would need to send them to someone and in turn trust they pay the money into my back account?

    Stupid I know, but I've never done this before.

    I havn't seen that video, there's so many videos now i can't keep up.

    I have heard other people say the same thing about red meat being a superior protein source etc. Then you get the chicken addicts who swear by chicken and the egg eaters who eat eggs round the clock, and you've also got the fish eaters and the roo eaters and the buffalo eaters in the States. There's so many variables and things to take into account i can't even begin to say which is better. A lot of the time people seem to be biased towards what works for them, so they preach their own success onto others.

    No caffeine, well new science continually reveals that coffee is healthy in moderation. I love coffee, I drink several coffees each and every day, wouldn't go a day without it.

    Consume more salt? Only if your deficient in sodium, same goes for every other nutrient.

    Sugar and sodium post workout for mass, yes that makes sense.

    idk about you guys but horses are pretty damn jacked and they only eat grass/hay.

    got 20kg of hay being delivered as we speak, see you guys at the cup, ill be the jacked dude getting ridden by a female Jockey

    I don't know specifically but white meat should in theory be better on the cholesterol front over red meat? Salt helps hold water so maybe not a good one for the cut cycle. Although I salt my food because it helps with flavour but I am attempting to stall my weight loss as the rotator surgery has me on a really ad-hoc routine. Everything in moderation I guess. Hell you gotta have a pizza night in there now and then too!
