You should drop back in to ausbb sometime and continue talking nothing but shit with the rest of us
Two night shifts and 5 days off. It is good the normal people are heading back to the grind. That should leave Perth a little more palatable for hitting the shops for supplies!
Ah my days of flat bench pressing are over. Benching fu ked my rotator cuffs, I can still chuck some heavy dumbbells around but it's just not worth getting any more injured at this point.
I just hobble around do some machine work, get the blood moving and do some light cardio.
Quick question, diet fizzy drinks and the links to cancer etc, what research has there been that debunks these theories ?
Fake everything is carcinogenic.
Stay away from them
I'm predicting Diabetes is far worse than any carcinogens in sugar free drinks.
Just drink your sugar free drinks in moderation, or better yet just drink water.

Real men drink beer!
Depends which non-nutritive sweetener you're concerned with. Aspartame is the one that gets the most attention as being carcinogenic/will cause weight gain/will eat your children/give you AIDS etc. There's no evidence that aspartame is detrimental in the quantities we consume, unless you have phenylketonuria. Current recommendations on safe consumption by bodyweight (depending on the regulatory body) is roughly 20-50 cans a day. Bear in mind that there's a safety margin included in these numbers, so the safe limit would actually be much much higher.
It's been a while since I've looked at aspartame stuff so can't help with any links off the top of my head. If you look it up just stay away from sites like Natural News, Mercola, and anything with "The truth about..." in the title.
Decent article about it here.
it has a few references at the bottom too.
Did you see the title ? Hahaha

Does anyone know if you can get admitted into hospital for pain management?
I had some operations done to my back in hospital but I still have a prolapsed disc compressing on my nerves causing me intense pain. My gp won't give me enough meds to cover my pain and I'm in a bad way.
Anyone know if an ambulance would come take me? Or can they refuse ?
Ring up the hospital mate and ask them for advice..
Tell them that u have had operations and continue to be in pain and its unbareable.
Usually when ppl have operations and theres issues such as pain afterwards, they tell u to go to the hospital, even GPs usually say that too.
U may still have to go wait for hours in the ER, but at least u will get seen and hopefully something can happen from there on.
I think im ready to retire HC.
Either that or im gonna bury my boss soon.
