    Yep have a full setup here. I should start a private gym. One person membership and be hosed off with degreaser before the work out. ;)

    That's no good mate.

    I'm going ok, my bjj is totally off for who know's how long but i have a fair enough set up at home, a decent bench, long bar, bomber bar, a couple sets of db's, numerous bands and 160kg of plates so i'm copeing.

    Jesus mate that's an epic set up im jealous. I used to have alot more weights but sold most of them off yrs ago unfortunately......

    I barely have enough weight to get a pump to be honest. Looked on Gumtree for people selling but most people want a fortune and it's not viable.

    My brother has a decent garage setup but I'm quite sure he doesn't want anyone else sweating up his gym considering the distancing rule, which is unfortunate.

    I reckon a fair few people would be dealing with this issue right now.

    My mate at the supp shop is running around like a madman trying to set up a decent home gym, he is worried between his weight and the weight he lifts doing deads that he might go through the floor as he lives in an apartment.

    I reckon he might be worried unnecessarily there..lol

    Yea I have a Force smith and cable setup. 280kg of olympic plates, 200 or so standard plates, a pair of Iron Master quick release dumbbells that go to 54kg each.
    Bars/accessories I have are standard olympic bar, safety squat bar, arm curl bar, straight handle pulldown bar, bicep arm curl blaster, tricep rope single and double handles, D handles, Mark Bell sling shot a treadmill and a couple of medicine balls and resistance bands. I think that is enough haha.

    pretty much 2 weeks "deload" ..
    will start training again this weekend..
    squat rack delivered this week...
    will have to bench at my cousins house till mine arrives. (when its in stock fml)

    Makes my set up look pretty amateur, do you even need to go to a gym at all?

    Lucky bastard. I'm stuck with a treadmill and 12 kg dumbells. Talk about lack of motivation.

    Can't flat press as it activates my gyno. Only incline presses. Which I can't do cause I don't have a bench.

    Can we also discuss how fuckheads on Gumtree have decided to sell weights for 6 dollars a kilo, of rusted out garbage. People taking advantage of gym junkies I tell ya.

    Gym is my therapy I guess, and all I have got is a barbell with 2 20 kg bumpers and 2 12.5 kg dumbells. And a treadmill. I won't complain because I'm sure there are plenty out there with less.

    But I also have a bad back, so I can't squat. Apparently gyms won't be opening up till September now I'm hearing..... these prison workouts just arnt doing it for me I guess. / rant

    Also my test script of 250migs a fortnight really starts taking a nose dive at about day 10..... so that's about 4 days of my dick not working

    Anyone convinced their gp to give them more than 250 mgs per fortnight ?

    Obviously I don't know for sure but I reckon the way we're going the gyms will be open before September, at least I hope so, another 4 months, f**k that.

    I meant that if I flat bench, it makes my gyno more pronounced, so all I train is upper chest. If that makes sense....

    Yeah from what I'm hearing, they want to wait until winter is over and as gyms are large areas where people congregate, they will be one of the last things opening

    Ah ok I understand what you mean, I have a little bit of gyno myself, my advice, loose the body fat man, the leaner I get the less you can even notice mine, I guess it depends on how much you've got though.

    As for September I bloody hope we don't have to wait that long though I can see how that logic may prevail.

    Whats the best anabolic to add along side Dr prescribed 250 mgs of test every 14 days? Was thinking last enanthate....

    I assume you meant mast/drostanolone, I've never run it but have always heard/been told that unless you are preety lean you won't really see much from it.

    Oops yes I meant mast enanthate !! My bad. Yeah I have only run mast prop before many years ago, got some mean pumps I remember and felt alot fuller. Just wanted something anabolic to hang in the background while I have the low dose trt doing its thing.

    What would you think would be a good compound to throw in a trt protocol to keep you a little bit anabolic?
