    Hi all,

    seeking some bf% estimates after a 5+ year absence from consistent training. I moved out of my physical job into an office and stopped all exercise, filling my time with an engineering degree which is coming to a close in the next few months. Given that timing I have found myself with some spare time as the closing subjects are quite easy..

    Stats:
    Height: 176cm (5'10")
    Weight: 106.7kg (234.7lb)

    Also what would you advise I do first?

    i can't see your pic it didn't work. IMO numbers don't much matter in regards to that. just hit your diet and cardio and if the fat is coming off that's more important. use the mirror.

    i've maintained perma-shred condition for many multiple long periods of time on and off over the years, and the absolute last thing on my mind was what % my bodyfat was, all i knew was that i had no fat on my ass and veins in my abs and i was shredded, at guess now i was probably somewhere 6-8% and possibly lower than that at various points.

    IF diet, track macros and 1hr of HIIT cardio EOD gets the fat off every time easy like magic.
