Hello guys. Im new here and need little help. Wanna start lifting weights but get into dilemma. Im new in lifting and I dont think I will lift over 100 kilograms. 120 kilograms top. I was lifting long time ago in teen age and stop. It was 15 years ago... Make work out only with my body weight after that... Now I have question. I was looking in my country (btw Im from Europe, Serbia) some equipment tegovi and sipke If someone have advice I'll be thankful Should I buy olympic bar(50mm) and weights (and pay more) or amateur 30mm bar? Is there point for taking more quality gym equipment if I will stay in 100-120 kilograms of weights? Tnx in advance.
