I just got over it mate hard to find enjoyment from starving yourself and neglecting friends and family after a certain point haha. I'm definitely not pushing the limits haha but enjoying some life balance and trying to get some strength back

Been following for a while and just checking out the numbers. Nice work by the way. Checked one of your vids out and now am inspired with the bench where you put the bar on the spotters to release the tension then push back up. I am going to throw some of those into my mix. So for that thanks much. PS: great lifts on those vids man. Strong as! Maybe one day for this old fella haha.
Thanks for the post mate - I had some great results with bench using pin presses - I tried to set them at my weakest part of the lift (about an inch or so off the chest for me) im not quite focussed on strength at the moment (as you can probably tell by my pitiful lifts at the moment) but incorporated with comp bench and close grip spots press I probably had my best bench results using the pin press.

I am actually going ok. Just pushing over the 100kg bench press finally. I seem to have slow progress there. Squats with safety bar due to shoulders complaining 130kg and I am pretty proud of my progress on deadlifts, considering I haven't weight trained before this (22 months now) since I was 17 and locked out a 225kg. I am getting there. Not bad for a 51 year old codger lol.
That's great progress mate 225 is a solid pull! Sounds like you're only just hitting your peak
