    Basically I'm weak as fk right now my main focus is far from lifting heavy at the moment but still want to keep some stength levels for Muay Thai - running super basic strong lifts program - starting real light so I can add more weight with ease for first few weeks -

    Haha why do you think he's run off to boxing ;)

    - I've just been doing Muay Thai/kickboxing but it's been good man loving it - thinking I might want to do an amateur in the next year but see how things go :)
