    Went to the gym today with just the intention of doing some bag work ended up doing my weights there and some cardio afterwards

    Heavy Bag 7x3min rounds
    Double end bag 3x3min
    - did a few rounds of body sparring

    Bench - felt awkward as fk real narrow bench and bar had next to no knurling and no chalk haha.

    Been slack - got a rowing machine this week so using that for cardio - awesome unit can hit both aerobic and anerobic with minimal impact. Quick session on the weights - no squats because I had jeans on after work haha - still making excuses.

    Benched the other day too just worked up to a set of 5 @100kg

    160x1 - dlb oh and felt good thought I'd give 180 a crack beltless but moved slow off the floor and decided to let it go rather then grind out a shitty rep. Thought about throwing on the belt and giving it a second crack but had wiser thoughts against it and leave it till next dl session. Quite enjoyed the rows as a warmup for the deads too, might keep this for next time.

    Finished with some bro curls and triceps

    Don't know why I thought I'd try to push for a heavy single but did and was a bad idea haha - high rep back-off sets felt way better maybe should have just warmed up more...

    Was going to squat but got the shit kicked out of my left leg in sparring last week so will probably have to just wait a few days and keep ontop of recovery
