Absolute best sleep supplement I've ever taken has been Somatomax its by far the best sleep supplement I've ever taken. I typically give friends and family a scoop anytime they say they are having trouble sleeping and everyone says it knocks them out. I typically take about half a dose or I'll wake up drowsy but half a dose is more than enough to put me to sleep.

You're right man they have banned phenibut, in oz anyway, not sure about the u.s.

Even over here though there is still a fair few tubs of products containing phenibut floating around.

You have to be carefull with it though, it is possible to become dependant on it.

For me it worked awesome the first few times then it just seemed to stop working and started making me feel terrible the next day.

Bulk nutrients have a sleep supp that contains picamilon which is very similar to phenibut but it doesn't work the way phenibut did, for me anyway.

I'm finding Cartia *Transporter* and L Tryophan amazing. Nice sleeps. Don't tell the FDA they will ban it.

Yeah I remember reading about it way back when platinum labs had their sleep supp out being a shiftworker last thing I wanted was to become reliance upon things to sleep and then wake up groggy I've found a big feed is enough to put me to sleep most mornings or late nights now

The best sleep supplement I have every tried was GABA by Bulk Nutrient's!! Even thought Bulk Nutrient's sell Pharmaceutical Grade Amino Acid's, they are manufactured in China which is a concern for me for several reason's!! Despite from were there sourced, I would buy GABA again from Bulk Nutrient's till I can find a equally good/or better source!!

For Me, Gaba from Bulk Nutrient's gave me an extremely relax'ed sensation after 10 minute's of ingestion and then a slow onset feeling of fatigue/relaxation and ordinarily would be in bed within half hour after ingestion!!

Allegedly supplementing with GABA increase HGH levels, how true that is i'm not sure!! If it is, Boonusss.....

Bed is GREAT!!! Nothing like been in a good bed/sleep routine!!

Did day/night shifts as a security guard for 3.5 year's working full time(12 hour shift's) from 06:30-18:30 and 18:30-06:30 and it would be 1 fortnight day and one fortnight night!! It was an absolute killer on the sleep cycle!! Was an absolute insomniac during this time period and after I have had enough of that life style and resigned, it took me over 6 months to gain a normal sleep cycle(normal as in bed by 10pm and up by 8am)!!

Nothing beat's a good night rest!!!!

Straight gaba is supposed to be unable to cross the blood brain barrier so it should not produce effects such as these but I have heard plenty of anecdotal evidence to say it does for some people.

Anyway I got hold of some redcon 1 fade out which I am going to try tonight, should produce a good night of sleep, I just hope it doesn't produce the negative effects the next day.

It worked awesome for me, my personal experience with it. Like most thing's, it has different effect's on everybody as no one human has the exact same biology.

Awesome, please keep us updated with the redon 1 fade!!:)

Exactly, everybody is unique and will respond differently to various compounds.
So I tried the fade out, it definitely does what it says it does, I only had a bit more than a half does and could feel it working withing about 30min, total relaxation and I slept like a log and felt great the next day.

It has an extremely good formula.
    1 gram of phenibut
    1 gram of mucuna
    1 gram of gaba
    1 gram of l-arginine
    750mg of l-phenylalanine
    500mg of l-ornithine
    600mg of valerian
    5mg of melatonin
also has a version of zma in it so very comprehensive, I don't know whether the melatonin is actual melatonin or the naturopathic stuff, either way it's an excellent sleep supp.

I think phenibut just has to be used very conservatively, for me anyway otherwise it's negative sides start to show up.

Yeah a glass of milk before bed does help, I believe it is mainly due to the fact that milk contains a decent amount of l-tryptophan.

    Sleep... Something I struggle with.

First thing invest in some Bluelight blocking glasses (red lenses) wear this for about an hour before bed. (Blue light converts Melatonin to Serotonin) So by blocking that will aid in the circadian cycle starting. Add in melatonin and watch how much it changes.

Im on enough meds to put a horse out (all scripted) and I am finally removing one at a time and I am on 6 diff meds.

What form of melatonin do you use? I’ve seen a capsule/tablet product from iHerb. Also used to see the peptides advertised a bit but think the TGA ruined that party...

I have heard the same thing. Apparently a glass of warm milk before bed does the trick.

Good method's you suggest!! Have not heard them before, will have to give them ago!! Being an insomniac is one of the worst things possible!!
What worked for me is making sure that the bed room is completely dark!! For me, this alone made a work of difference! Even a sleeping mask helps to bloke all light out, however you have to find one that is so comfortable that you barely know that you are wearing it!!
