Saturday, 14/04/18 week 1 deadlift day deadlift 140kg, 4, 4, 3, 2, 2 barbell roe supinated 65kg, 2 x 8 rdl 55kg, 2 x 10 looks like I've reached a weight that is going to slow me down, still pretty good since I've really only been training like this for just over 3 months and only about 9 months on this come back in total. didn't feel to good on rows today, may have been because the deads took a fair bit out of me as the last two sets were quite close to a max effort. I haven't done rdl's for about a month so took them pretty easy but was happy with how they felt. day 41 mk and feel much better at 12.5mg but wondering if dose timing may have been the issue as I did start taking it right before bed as opposed to late afternoon/early evening. will experiment next week.
