    legs week 3

    hack squat
    80kg, 3 x 10

    45 leg press
    190kg, 3 x 15

    back extension machine
    80kg, 3 x 15

    45 back extension
    3 x 20

    standing calf raise machine
    30kg, 3 x 12
    20kg, 12

    really good workout, starting to get near a weight that will slow my progression on hack squat and same with leg press, had to break the third set on leg press up to make 15 reps.

    will go for 200 next week but will definitely have to drop the reps a bit.

    really feeling the double back ext attack, want to have more control on the machine at 80 before increasing the weight and going deep as possible on the 45 and getting a good stretch on hamstrings, will probably start adding light resistence next week.
    calves are still little baby calves but starting to get a bit stronger.

    seated lateral raise

    band pull apart post delt raise superset
    band pull apart, 3 x 20

    skullcrusher hammer bar
    20kg, 3 x 15

    tricep pushdown blue band
    3 x 25

    slowly feeling stronger on db pressing, noticed my shoulder feeling a little sore after this workout also my elbow on the same arm, think it is tendonitis.

    just keep things sensible regarding weight.

    increasing again on delt movements.

    bb row supinated
    65kg, 4 x 10

    bb row pronated
    55kg, 3 x 10

    deadlift
    105kg, 13, 12, 10, 10

    still progressing well on rows.

    total of 9 extra reps on deads so getting close to going a little heavier.

    did two sets of standing bb curls again but not bothering to log them at the moment.

    good workout, really tried to go for short rest between sets and super focussed on form/mind muscle connection.

    good workout, will definitely look for more reps on hack and leg press now before increasing the weight any more.

    good control on back ext machine did all the reps nice and slow, now looking for more reps before any weight increase

    deload week next week so won't be increasing on anything but after that will go for light resistance on 45 back ext.

    smith machine OHP

    tricep push down straight bar
    58.5kg, 3 x 8
    with rope
    27kg, 4 x 8

    good workout, went a bit heavier on bench and felt good.

    felt strong on ohp, deload next week but after that will start going a bit heavier on these.

    reached a weight that felt heavy on triceps, will look to up the reps before going any heavier.

    standing bicep curl straight bar
    25kg, 3 x 10

    still sticking at the same weight on rows, form is very good but not ready to increase weight.

    got 50 total reps on deads so nearly time to go a little heavier.

    thought I may as well log the bicep work today though it is still only a bare minimum.

    tricep pushdown db skullcrusher superst
    tricep pushdown, 20kg, 3 x 15
    db skullcrusher, 10kg, 3 x 10

    good workout, light weight on most movements but high intensity via short rest between sets.

    deload week so didn't go for any increases.
    thought since I am not going to deadlift this week I would do some bb squat and they felt really good.

    felt strong on flat bench.

    incline bench didn't feel good at all decided it isn't a good movement for my shoulders so from now on it will be db's instead.

    everything else was standard for a deload week.


    starting research on lgd4033, today was day 1
    excited for sure, I've read varying reports but lgd seems to have the best reputation and have heard of some awesome results with this compound.
    I have comprehensive pct products all ready if needed both otc and pharma clomid so let's see how it goes.
