    I have been using tow.
sustain alpha, which is a gel
    pct v blackstone labs

I have been switching back and forth between the two of them.

The bloods were done 5-6 weeks after stopping a lgd4033 run which went for 6 weeks, I was definitely suppressed but not hugely, I was wondering if it could have been some sort of rebound effect have you ever heard of that?

Whatever it was the increase was substantial, almost doubled total test and did double free test.

I am also leaner than I have ever been other than when I was a skinny kid so that could also be contributing.

I haven't had bloods done since but I reckon my levels are still up going on my libido and the quality of my erections.

    legs

    hack squat
    80kg, 10, 8, 8

    45 leg press
    180kg, 3 x 12

    bb squat
    70kg, 12, 12, 9

    45 back extension
    3 x 30, 10kg plate for the first 20 of each set

    lat pulldown pronated to chest
    50kg, 3 x 10
    45kg, 3 x 10

brutal session, couple of extra reps on hack
went lighter on leg press but held each rep at the bottom for a second which was intense

squat felt solid really good form, thought I was gonna get the full 3 x 12 but hit the wall on the last set

going right to the bottom until my head scrapes the floor on back ext is stretching hamstrings to the limit and my strength seems to be increasing nicely since I started to do them with greater rom, will prob go 15kg next time

    back

    deadlift
    140kg, 1
    125kg, 2
    115, 2 x 3
    105kg, 2 x 5
    100kg, 2 x 6

    bb row supinated, 50kg, 3 x 10

    inverted row, bodyweight, 2 x 6
    bb row pronated, 40kg, 2 x 10

    45 degree db shrug
    15kg, 3 x 20

pretty hardcore session, did all the deadlift sets except for the last one without straps, pretty much did it as one descending set, straps on for the last set of high reps.

all the rows done as one giant superset.

    chest shoulders triceps

    db flat bench press
    32.5kg, 2 x 4
    27.5kg, 9
    25kg, 10

    flat db fly
    20kg, 2 x 10

    seated lateral raise
    10kg, 3 x 15

    post delt raise

    skullcrusher hammer bar
    20kg, 14, 12, 12
    tricep pushdown blue band
    3 x 25

good workout, did a couple of sets of bench a bit heavier just to see how they felt, they went well, could have probably got a couple more reps but didn't want to have to grind any out.

flys feeling really strong did them very slow and held them on full stretch for a second or two, will probably feel it tomorrow.

rest was pretty standard short rest pretty intense.

    legs

    raptor squat machine
    80kg, 3 x 12

    45 leg press
    180kg, 15, 15, 12

    bb squat
    75kg, 3 x 8

    45 back extension
    3 x 30, 15kg first 15 of each set

    lat pulldown, pronated to chest
    50kg, 3 x 10
    40kg, 2 x 10

    pretty brutal leg session.
tried the raptor squat machine instead of the regular hack squat and this will be a regular in my leg routine from now on.

good increases on all leg movements.

It is definitely more friendly on the knees, something the hack is notorious for.

I also like where it seemed to focus the resistence, felt much like doing a free squat, with the load really focussed in on the quads, particularly the lower quads around the knee, doing that without the shearing that the hack can create is win win for me, definitely going to be doing it again.
