    240kg, 2 x 15
    200kg, 2 x 15
    150kg, 20

    ghr
    3 x 25, body weight

    seated leg curl
    15kg, 3 x 20

    leg extension
    15kg, 3 x 15

    so basically all I am am training at the moment is legs and core, even lat pulldowns are out, need to give the shoulder total rest for a while.

    hopefully it won't be for too long but I feel like I am just not allowing things to improve even doing light movements think it needs total rest, even doing rotations with bands seems to just make it ache.

    lying leg curl, leg extension and unilateral kick backs all done light for high reps

    so the results of ultra sound reveal supra spinatas tendon is inflamed and i already knew about the bursitis but they found i have a cyst growing on the humeral head in my shoulder joint.

    so it's good news in that i haven't done any actual damage and can start to resume proper training once the pain stops which it pretty much seems to have, will stop the anti inflamatories tomorrow and if pain doesn't start again will start slowly bringing back upper body work.

    the cyst will have to be remove though so will be talking to an ortho specialist to see what the plan will be.
