    so basically all I am am training at the moment is legs and core, even lat pulldowns are out, need to give the shoulder total rest for a while.

    hopefully it won't be for too long but I feel like I am just not allowing things to improve even doing light movements think it needs total rest, even doing rotations with bands seems to just make it ache.

    lying leg curl, leg extension and unilateral kick backs all done light for high reps

    so the results of ultra sound reveal supra spinatas tendon is inflamed and i already knew about the bursitis but they found i have a cyst growing on the humeral head in my shoulder joint.

    so it's good news in that i haven't done any actual damage and can start to resume proper training once the pain stops which it pretty much seems to have, will stop the anti inflamatories tomorrow and if pain doesn't start again will start slowly bringing back upper body work.

    the cyst will have to be remove though so will be talking to an ortho specialist to see what the plan will be.

    everything done nice and light, just happy to be able to do these movements.
    all felt good doing them and feels good now, if it stays that way tonight then I guess we're back in business.

    don't reckon I will be trying to go heavy in a hurry though if at all, reps will be staying in the 10-15 range going forward.

    so my workout is being changed around a fair bit, new focus on more endurance, core and leg strength.

    basically this is because I am slightly obsessed with bjj and I am dropping a few kg's, but also due to having to train more like an old fart.

    all done double overhand no straps
    would have gone higher reps on the sets of 90 but my grip limited me to 12.
    nothing very heavy but moved a total of about 13 ton all up so pretty decent session

    finished off with a few sets of inverted rows at body weight and a bunch of light bb rows

    pretty decent workout, starting to bring some lat pulldowns back in starting nice and light, so far so good.

    did a chest shoulders and tri workout on Monday but not bothering to log it yet as it is still a pretty half arsed workout, shoulder seems to be handling it and not giving me any grief so probably will log it starting next week.

    chest shoulders triceps

    did a whole heap of flat db bench at light weight, seated lateral raises, post delt raise and some press downs with the band.

    the workout was pretty good, high volume mad pump, shoulder started feeling not so good basically as soon as I cooled down and later on was really painfull.

    I am on cissus and msm daily plus high dose fish oil but still seems this dam shoulder is fragile as.

    so this covid 19 has totally put my bjj training on hold and just when things were really starting to get interesting, what a bitch.

    hopefully my shoulder will behave otherwise i'll probably go insane.

    shoulder seems to be going ok, decline is the best.

    can still only do skullcrushers very light but improving.

    takeing naproxen daily, will be more of a test when I stop

    starting to feel pretty strong again, 95kg for sets of 10 went up nicely, could have gone for higher reps but grip wouldn't hold, not using straps at all and grip is definitely getting stronger.

    3 sets at 7.5kg reps to failure

    this workout is getting better and the shoulder is holding up, let's hope it remains that way when i stop the naproxine in a week or so.

    Bulgarians can definitely be an intense workout, this will be the first time I have done them regularly so will be interesting to see the results
