    first time I've done incline for some time so went light and easy, seems to have all gone well, haven't taken any naproxine since Saturday and no pain let's hope it stays that way.

    reasonably high reps on delt movements.

    got 12 for the first two sets at 100 and they went up really well but my grip let me down on the third and fourth, I reckon I'll be doing a few more workouts at this weight before going any heavier.

    still going ok, haven't taken any naproxine since last Saturday and the shoulder is still ok though there have been some worrying little niggles.

    changed things up a bit with this workout.

    the first two sets at 100 were done without straps but when I went for the third my grip just failed, so I put on my straps for the third and fourth sets.

    slowly building some strength again but have had to start takeing the naproxine again, can't bloody stay on it indefinitely so might have to work out some sort of on/off routine.

    pretty half assed workout for a pretty half assed week, been partying a bit, actually more than a bit this week, getting two workouts in was doing well.

    ah well probably time for a bit of a deload after all the deadlifting i've been doing.

    done as one giant set just the time it took to change the weight between sets for rest, a little extra rest on the last two sets.

    so I've been playing up pretty badly, you know what they say about idle hands, and my workout routine has, of coarse, been suffering because of it.
