    decent workout, only problem is with my crap shoulder 40kg was the heaviest i could work with and i can't get much of a squat workout with that weight, will have to work something out

    good workout, haven't use a bb for ages, can't expect to go heavy anymore so pretty happy with how things went.

    did heaps of super sets, focussing on pre exhausting the muscles being worked so i don't need to go heavy.

    good workout, bulgarian squat lunge super set was intense, hit the lunges straight after finishing the bulgarians and they hurt so good

    goo workout, high intensity, short rest and still improved strength wise.

    good workout, this is the heaviest i've gone on db bench for some time so taking it slowly.
    after the two heaviest sets all the rest of the flat sets were drop sets so good intensity

    discovered band work for lateral delts is the go, will be hitting them with the bands from now on, interested to see what sort of development comes from it.

    good workout, gaining strength while losing body fat, gotta be happy with that.

    really good workout, total dead fest, strength increasing nicely.

    used straps for the shrugs so got a good trap workout without my grip failing.

    used the pre exhaustion method to get a good chest workout, hit the bench press straight after putting the db's down from the fly's.

    Yeh mate volume is where it's at for me at the moment, slowly getting stronger but I've got a few injuries on this old body now so have to be real carefull.

    high volume rows, got to the gym yesterday and did 45 leg press, managed sets of 15 at 160kg and then did some bb squats, 3 x 8 at 60kg so didn't do legs today.

    good workout, went for a little less volume on the deads and took it to 100kg, won't go any heavier before getting the reps up at that weight.
