    db decline bench press
    30kg, 6, 5, 5, 5
    decline fly
    17.5kg, 2 x 15

    db incline bench press
    22.5kg, 2 x 6

    post delt raise
    7.5kg, 2 x 20

    db skullcrusher
    12.5kg, 2 x 15

    tricep kick backs
    5kg, 10, 10, 6

    good workout, strength is increasing but will be going slow as any injury will set me back badly so slow and steady does it.

    bulgarian squat, belt squat super set x 4
    bulgarian squat, 25 each leg
    belt squat, 25 reps, 8kg

    bb row supinated
    40kg, 3 x 15

    neck flex
    5kg, 50
    5kg, 30, 2.5kg, 20

    45 back extension
    2 x 20, 15kg first 10 each set

    belt squats look like the new squat method.
    pre exhaust with bulgarians then straight into belt squats, started light today and will increase the weight next week.

    27.5kg, 2 x 4
    25kg, 6

    incline db bench press
    22.5kg, 2 x 7

    standing lateral raise with band
    4 x 10 each side

    skullcrusher hammer bar
    27.5kg, 2 x 10

    tricep push down blue band
    2 x 25

    good workout, mega set went heavier than it has before.

    working delts with the band is the way to go.

    raptor leg press
    180kg, 3 x 15
    140kg, 20, drop set
    100kg, 20, drop set
    50kg, 50, drop set

    lying leg curl
    30kg, 15
    25kg, 15
    20kg, 15

    lat pull down
    so many i forgot the numbers, perfect form high rep.

    was feeling a bit off yesterday so had a rest day and got to the g ym today instead.

    got on the raptor leg press which i haven't done in about a year so had to feel it out, was pretty happy with how it went, could have gone heavier but kept it at a weight that allowed decent reps.

    did the lying leg curl as one giant set and lat pull dow was much the same.

    all in all agood workout

    tricep pushdown blue band
    2 x 25

    good workout, did this with pretty short rest between sets and still made strengthh increases.

    kettle bell standing curl, 8kg

    45 back extension
    50

    belt squat increases as quads are brutalized
