    Ok so several months of strict keto later I’m down 24kgs and have been at a stable weight for about the last month or so. Have upped training to 6-7 days a week for an hour at a time, hypertrophy type work (strict form, not concerned with lifting massive weight). Have dropped cardio for now as I’m continuing to lean out with just weights. Will probably consider training twice a day before I consider cardio again lol.

    Had an InBody scan for shits and gigs (it was free, so whatever).

    Came back at...
    188cm tall
    100kg (was done midday after food, before training)
    50.6kg lean muscle mass
    12.2% body fat (probably closer to 14% according to a coach).

    Minor update, nothing really changed. Relaxed abit on strict keto over the holidays and am considering fortnightly carb ups moving forward (still not 100% convinced).

    Here is some progression photos. Top photo isn’t a before shot, was taken November 1st. Last shot was taken January 14. I am aware the last shot is a slightly different angle so a portion of the gains could be considered Adobe gains xD.

    Please remember i am on prescribed TRT so I’m not considered natty nor am I pretending to be.
