    Hey guys, I’m new to this and not sure if I’m posting in the right section, as clen isn’t a steroid. But just wondering if anyone can give me some advice on dosage and their results from clen if taken. I’m about to start my first cycle clen in the form of powder broncopulmin. I’ve read things about 10 mcg etc but it is confusing and want to know 100% before I take it. Any advice would be amazing

    Do you know that clen you need to cycle, and also increase dosage in increments

    Yes I know I need to cycle I’m just unsure exactly how much I should be taking. What do u mean by increasing dosage in increments? Thanks!

    Could you provide some information on yourself, age, sex, weight, reason for taking, your experience with PED's etc

    Sure I’m female just turned 30 and weight around 65 kgs. I go to the gym a lot and I’m taking this to lose weight but not muscle

    I'm going to assume you've never taken any kind of PED or the like before?

    The first thing I'll say is that it won't help you or do anything but fuck with your sleep and possibly make you anxious if your diet isnt 100% tight and your training isnt spot on. That's the reality, your wasting your time, money and possibly your health. As a competitor with a lit of experience I'm only trying to help you.

    I've never taken the powder and maybe @scump can help you with dosage but bottom line start with lowest dose possible and increase each week, and cycle on and off

    Never liked clen, long half-life so it will hang around for a couple of days after ceasing, from memory its like 48 hours.

    I do remember however that doses over 40mcg/day leave you susceptible to cardiac complications which is why me and grube were always against it (most run much higher doses than this).

    Thats not saying you wont get sides at this dose or lower though, if you have any anxiety underlying expect it to be exacerbated. Tremors usually settle as your body gets used to the clen.

    Try stick to max 2 weeks worth before having a 2 week wash out period before going again. (unless you have the antihistamine to use during wash out)

    As Hardcore said though if your diet isn't on point expect very little. Like literally if you're eating an extra tim tam a day you have probably undone any benefit from the clen.

    Focus on your diet and training and just use this as a polisher.
