    Hey y'all.

Recently had what I believe to be a gyno flare up (sensitive swollen nips) and have ceased what was to be a 12 week cycle 9 weeks in (LGD/ S4/ cardarine) and moved straight onto Nolva to bump up my T and have been taking arimistane to kill some E and hopefully calm things down and return me to homeostasis. I suspect what has happened is my free test has converted to estrogen leaving me e dominant as I am guessing would be similar to what would happen on a AAS cycle with aromatisation (I know SARMS don't aromatise).

Without bloods, I am wondering whether people have used arimistane and found it to be good for lowering e or whether I should get my hands on Aromosin? I suspect i am on the milder end given I have only been on SARMS and might just need to PCT.

My PCT is cardarine, nolva and arimistane as well as generic nat test booster (DAA, fenugreek etc). Should I try to kill e to avoid a rebound when coming off nolva and is arimistane enough?

I get what sounds to be similar to what you're talking about on lgd but only at the start of the run.

My theory is that my shbg is dropped pretty much instantly which leads to a surge in free test, this seems to make sense as I also notice a libido increase during the first few days.

I haven't done bloods while running it so this is only a theory, this run I am currently doing I used arimistane and it sorted the issue straight out.

I have stopped the arimistane now and so far no tingles or puffy nips.

From what I have experienced I reckon arimistane should do the job but like I said I haven't had bloods done during, I have had bloods done after my last lgd run and arimistane for pct did an awesome job.

Bingo I think. The free test (conversion) might be the problem. I'll soldier on with arimistane. There is plenty of lead in the pencil and despite ditching the LGD and S4 I am still training hard and feeling ok.

It seems strange that this would happen at the 9wk mark though.

Like I mentioned for me it only happens at the very start of the run after that natural test should be suppressed therefor there shouldn't be any extra free test floating around.

Anyway hope it comes good for you mate.

I've used every estrogen blocker out there. And the only ones I've noticed take away the itchy nip or sensitivity associated with raised estrogen was pharma adex and pharma letro. I'd never use letro again though as it crushed my sex drive n coat me a relationship. I did look shredded on it though.

I got nothing from arimistane and it caused my gyno to flare badly. I'd never use it as a stand alone estrogen blocker if your running compounds that convert.

Yeah I have heard people say that arimistane didn't work for them, I don't know if maybe some people respond differently to the compound or if it is an issue with the quality of the particular arimistane that they were using.

The brand that I am using definitely works as an aromatase inhibitor for me, I have used arimidex, aromasin and letrozole all from ozzy pharmacies and I know how my body responds to an aromatase inhibitor and there's no doubt arimistane works for me.

I agree with you about letro, it was impossible for me to use, even at like a quarter of a tab it was just too strong.
