Hi, so this is my first post. I weigh around 73 kg and gave been going to the gym 3 1/2 months. While it's safe to say that there definitely has been a muscle gain in my arms and legs, I'm finding it difficult to shift the fat that's around my stomach. Abs are only really visible defined if I shake my stomach a bit. I've looked around at what diets can help with getting rid of stomach fat and they all seem to involve extensive cooking. Given that I'm a university student, I really don't have the time to buy and cook sophisticated meals, and I usually just have something like eggs for lunch and oats for breakfast. So I was just wandering what are easy meals that can be made within 10-15 minutes that could help me get more toned/lean? Thanks.
