Easy to make meals to get lean

    Hi, so this is my first post. I weigh around 73 kg and gave been going to the gym 3 1/2 months. While it's safe to say that there definitely has been a muscle gain in my arms and legs, I'm finding it difficult to shift the fat that's around my stomach. Abs are only really visible defined if I shake my stomach a bit. I've looked around at what diets can help with getting rid of stomach fat and they all seem to involve extensive cooking. Given that I'm a university student, I really don't have the time to buy and cook sophisticated meals, and I usually just have something like eggs for lunch and oats for breakfast. So I was just wandering what are easy meals that can be made within 10-15 minutes that could help me get more toned/lean? Thanks.

    Burning fat in specific areas is a flat out myth, virtually impossible.

    You must burn fat everywhere in order to burn any amount of fat off a specific section I.e. stomach.

    As for meals: basic chicken/rice/potato/steak/greens/fruits etc eaten on a regular basis in small quantities 5-7x a day spread 2-3hrs apart leaving your body at a caloric deficit at the end of each day will burn fat. Combined with weights and cardio of course.

    Lose weight: caloric deficit and train with weights/cardio
    Gain weight: caloric surplus and train with weights.

    Turkey mince and green veg, like cabbage, broccoli, beans, cook together, get at least 2 meals out of 500g?

    White fish, sweet potato, broccoli

    Chicken

    Tinned tuna (wash first)

    Salmon brown rice

    Theres NOTHING sophisticated about cooking clean food, BELIEVE ME :p


    Its all about quality of macros and quantity

    Yes I very aware it needs to be burnt everywhere. I suppose what I meant was what meals I could eat to burn fat faster all around to eventually reduce my stomach fat. Thanks for the suggestions btw.
