Not much excitement here.
Squated 5x5 at 220kg last Wednesday.
Saturday was 2x2 and 2x1 deadlifts at 260. Only realised how little knurling the bar had when I got there, so didn't go heavier and used straps for the first time in many years. Here's one:
Then hit bench yesterday, topping out with 4x3 at 190kg. Slowly getting stronger.

Thanks man. If I can get it off the floor it generally goes nice and fast. Pulled 310kg a few weeks ago but got told off by my coach for not sticking to the program
Did 4x3 @250kg deads last night. RPE was around 7. Felt too light.

Benched this morning. 3x3 @ 190. Last set was a bit of a grind, which was actually nice.
Deadlifts last night: 3x2 @ 270.

Deadlifted 3x3 @ 250 today during my coached session, focusing on form and particularly knee lockout. I had a tendency to lean back too much. Now more upright at the top of the lift which reduces the effort a bit.
Not much news. This was the last week of my program.
Failed at 1x 210.
I'd squatted and benchpressed the Saturday before, so my arms were a bit sore. Next time will go for 205 though
This was pretty easy, but the racks are too small, making it a bit dodgy to go heavier. Will be doing heavy squats in a mono and wraps from now on.
Current bodyweight is probably around 154kg. Bathroom scale maxes out at 152
I'm taking a short break and will then focus on a comp in Dec or Jan to qualify for the GCP Nats. Was thinking of doing a push/pull in Dec to qualify for bench only at Proraw, but would rather wait until I can make it in on a 3-lift total.

Some squat sets of 5x220kg yesterday. Slowly getting easier and more consistent, although it still destroys my cardio, and I've only been able to walk to the beer fridge and back over the past 24 hours.
