hey guys, looking at doing my first cycle at the end of this year, I train 6 days a week 3-4x weight training and 5x boxing, Ive been training for a few years now and looking to up things abit in the sense of my physique. I’m curious as to what you guys would recommend for my first cycle with a goal of gaining lean muscle at the same time shredding body fat and earning a lean, dry shredded look. I’m not a body builder trying to get huge I’m just after lean gains that are retainable after cycle , I have done a ton of research and I have a couple different things in mind such as test e or primo, although would Love to hear what you guys would recommend. Also I keep getting mixed opinions on being able to run primo on its own some people saying I need to run it with test and some aren’t, please give me your opinions/facts etc thanks heaps
@Jake244 id be looking at a simple cycle clean diet. First cycle keep it simple. Sus250 @ 500mg pw asin or adex hcg 250 iu pw or power pct at end. clomid for pct and a good natty test booster This is what id look at if I were to do it. Again its general advice and id strongly suggest a getting blood work done before and after.
I'd go for Phenylpropionate or some longer ester (cipionate or Enan) 300mg week 8-10 weeks. PCT i'd have a look at exams. LH, FSH. Estrogen and free/total testo, then I'd take some action. Defs wouldn't use HCG specially if LH and FSH isnt 0
I think as a first cycle if you read on here Test E or C would be the preferred method which is a simple cycle and have on hand PCT in the event you need to bail out due to adverse reactions. I am not sure about shredding and looking to cut because the basic idea is to eat clean and over more than you expend to put on muscle and fat which is just the way it goes. At the end of the cycle then you can choose to cut but when I did my first my goal was to use it as a platform to move to the next level. The guys on here who have been on this forum for years have a mine of info and experience so if they chip in take on board their advice as they have experience in this area beyond my basic experience level. Oh yea as Babyface said bloods before and after is pretty critical especially to see if your PCT is successful.
First cycle keep it simple. Dbol - weeks 1-4 30/40mg a day test e - weeks 1-12 500mg a week split into 2 shots of 250mg pct nolvadex and clomid weeks 12-16 40/30/20/20 nolvadex 100/50/25/25 clomid done this cycle for my first 2 and made serious gains while reducing bodyfat. You will gain water with the dbol but the strength boosts before the test kicks in is worth it.
why add an extra compound in like dbol before knowing how the body will react with test and e2 management?
Dbol has a 4 hour half life and is essentially test in oral form. So any reaction from that you can drop the test. Why wait for a long ester to find out the effects when it will take longer to exit the body? Get bloods done before and during and orals are a great kick starter. I’ve run them with every cycle with no issues.
The age ol kiss theory is ideal. However i do not discredit the close relation Test however first time less complex. Common sense approach.
