I have my off-season in place, plan is to annihilate weak body parts. My last (short offseason) I got to 93kg, aim is to go much higher to 105kg+ and fill out back and hammies.

The show in entering is in the UK and a qualifier for British finals, where overall gets you an IFBB pro card. This is a stacked show, and I'm under no illusions size is imperative (only 80kg atm). Currently eating as much quality food as possible and hammering the basics.

Currently at 80kg, calories ramped up from tomorrow as well as training! Oh and I'm doing classic physique mid to late 2020

    27.11.2019: Chest
    Weight: 80.3kg

    Trained chest tonight:
Flat dumbbell press, incline hammer, incline flyes, pec Dec flyes, decline barbell and cable flyes. Great workout and pump

Diet will be updated in detail following this, with a rough overview of training, as this is my focus.
