    ok so since june 25 i started tracking macros and moved to a food prepping service . and for the first few weeks it was fine but for a while ive not lost any weight and i can really see much difference in the mirror.so here is what im working with

    starting weight was 101kg

    height 181cm

    age 26

    bf:25% as per dexa

    rmr=2000 cal

    im doing a version of greyskull lp so legs push pull rest legs push pull

    macros i started with cal :2260

    p:226

    c:226

    f:61

    i did for 4 weeks and lost 2 kg and got a dexa scan

    bf:25% as per dexa

    rmr=2000 cal

    weight 98kg

    then i went down to cal:2000

    p:200

    c:175

    fat:56

    and i lot 1 kg in the remainder weeks

    so im now at 97 kg

    and ive looked at so many different calculators and read so many conflicting things i dont know what im doing wrong or right .my strength is still gaining slightly and i added a LISS sesh on my rest day .

    hope that makes sense so any help or good criticism would be great thanks

    You're eiither under estimating your TDEE or you are putting on muscle which would push the scales up. If you want to torch some calories some HIIT would start some weight loss if you are steady on your weight.
