I’m off to QLD for a couple of weeks soon. I’ve been going great with training and diet since starting almost a month ago and I am super keen to keep the momentum while I’m away... Once I’m up there I’ll be fine. Will have everything I need. I’m concerned about the 2-3 days of travel to get there... Normally is just eat whatever I can get.. Maccas etc. Any suggestions how I can not fall completely off the wagon during this time?? Happy to adopt IIFYM for a short time.
