I'm humbled with the realisation of the more you learn the more you realise how little you know haha.
You only stop growing when you stop learning.
No worries man glad you enjoyed the watch
Tried engaging the lats more. Felt like a stronger & more supported position.
I actually watched most of this today because I had lots of time and didn't want to go out. My question is when you breathe like he suggest and then squat with the deep breath and pressure down does anyone feel fainty at all? Like a dizzy feeling at the bottom of the squat?
Also when I practiced this by the time it take for me to hold and pressure down, AND get the weight AND move to where I will be squatting.. its time I need to take another breath lol..
You should be taking the big breath into your belly at the top, get 'tight' with the big inhale and squat -
then exhale at the top of the lift
take another breath at the top and repeat - haha
it's all about creating that core stability the bigger and stronger you can make your core the more weight you'll be able to move.
I would like this guy to coach me. Unfortunately, he is all the way over there (US) and I am here in Australia.
