so we have women who get hrt on a wink and nod and as they should health is important.

then we have men try to do the same and they need 6 months of testing a specialist to confirm and if they are under the age of 50 treated like a criminal

journalists and media that cant portray the facts or even dicipher real research. now the leading researchers are fraudulent most likely for money from drug companies.

and then we have unscrupulous web site operators lying and deceiving the public selling sham products to line their own pockets.

why does no one care srsly about mens health apart from a few knowledgable switched on drs.

if you had the time and money could you mount a high court discrimination case. greed begets greed and a time will come the people will have had enough of being fed lies.

    dont let the truth die.

The AMA pisses in our pockets about mens health yet what you say has so much truth it beggars belief.

They probably think you're too young and it's self inflicted. Definitely more likely to help older men....

Part of the problem is the govt who see T Therapy as the same as using steroids for recreation and legislate and change PBS rules on how it is administrated. Until that perception changes I think this is now the stays quo

    Thats shit mate..
Id deff go dr shopping if i was you. I had a level of 12 and saw about 4 dr who wouldnt even consider talking about trt. Then after some shopping i found 2 drs who were very understanding and said they would help out.

Dr shop is the way to go in my opinion. Not alot of help out there but you have to be relentless.

Next time I am at the doctors I am going to see if I can get my claret tested. Being 51 there has to be a better than fair chance of opening positive dialog to getting TRT. Of course my levels will ultimately determine that I guess...

Im very passionate about mens health also, but it looks like everyone is going to need there own private health cover as the government is going to be increasing its cuts into the public health care system until this place is America 2.0. Getting on a good TRT plan in this day and age is going to be damn near impossible in the years to come

I did some research and has anyone come across the "anti-aging" and hormonal clinics? They seem to be legit and willing to prescribe trt more readily then regular GPs

Im in my 30's now and getting baseline test levels checked. Its not even happening through public health care as GP's wont let me get a hormone panel because I don't have low T symptoms (according to them), and its getting more and more difficult to even discuss anything with them... they are so incredibly misinformed and downright ignorant about male hormonal health which imposes so many health risks in old age which could all be avoided, but hey, thats a loss in sales for other medications for those said issues.

So I had to pay $200 to a private clinic for a full hormone panel, including a bunch of other stuff.

You know that rotation you do of 2 days then 3 nights, get your test done before going home after the 3rd night for every test

Ironically, the two best docs I have been to, with the greatest knowledge of male hormonal health, have both been female.

all these hoops to jump through to maybe get 125mg per week of pharma test.

no wonder so many would end up just self treating with UG.

i just wonder about the long term health effects and purity of UG test...... heavy metals etc.

At least that option is there when the time comes

Im sure there would be others that deal with younger aged men. Most would be due to steroid abuse, but theres still the small % of young men with legit hormonal issues.

Its downright disgusting and unacceptable that they miss out on treatment because of the steroid-gym culture stigma.

Interesting. I guess when your body clock is out of sync it will have an effect on levels?
