Impingement clearing up t2 nicely. Will step up the training and see if the pain returns.
Made good progress with the pain management so feel confident to step up the training m11 not noticing any residual soreness

Tried so many alternatives f2 but finally comfortable with the results I have now. Shoulders are moving freely and hopefully will allow me to get back to heavier weights.

Yeah, nah. Actually haven't had any spare time to train but they really stiffen up if I do nothing. I go to that place and get some serious manipulation which helps a lot. About an eleven on the pain scale though!
Have you tried massager like this?
Has worked great with my bursitis.
Only lesser with my hip cause it's a deep issue.
11. Use the stims unit a lot, find it reasonably effective. Back to training on Friday after a few weeks off so will see if it plays up.
Also try rapigel from chemist warehouse it helps
Rapidgel and other type liniments give me really bad skin rashes unfortunately. Training this week hasn't been too bad, just a little soreness
Improved range of movement by 11degrees!
