I want to lean out, I bulked from 57kg (5.11) to 87kg, I've been out of training for a few months due to injury was thinking of starting an Epistane cycle to help dry me out. Will this be permanant bodyfat loss if I stick to my diet? I don't want to waste my time of money going to the dark-side if I may aswell stay on for the rest of my life. I heard you can maintain about 50% of your gains when you come off and then continue to grow naturally true/false?

Regarding my diet, I stay away from sugars but sodium I'm sometimes having like 4000-5000mg of sodium MINIMUM a day. I know it's not good for me but fuck I love salt.

Is there anyone here who can write me a diet specified for myself that I can learn to adapt to? Willing to pay if necessary for a good diet, :connie_33:

I want to make lean clean gains and drop my bodyfat. I weighed myself yesterday and I'm 79.4kg (yay lost 10kg while not training) thankfully alot of that was strength and not mass so I still look decent.

You'll probably be heading for diabetes then!!! Try Sea Salt and as you know there is a shit load of salt in food anyway, I rarely add salt to my food, period...

Personally for me you are 23 and too young for the dark side, but hey it's your body. The dark side isn't a magic pill (excuse the pun) and you should only venture there when you have exhausted the 'natural' side, which you clearly haven't.

If you are off in your diet and consistency then you are wasting your money and time on the dark side. Sticking a needle in your arse and watching The Simpsons with a bowl of popcorn which just make your arse ache.

Fail to prepare, then prepare to fail.

Palm sized portions of carbs and protein, heaps of veggies, mainly greens, eating every two to three hours, you must know the drill

Train hard and do it..........In 8 weeks I dropped 6" from my gut and dropped 2KGS on the scales..........I should sell a book lol........

I'm hijacking this old thread as I have a legit question about sodium intake...

American Association of something or other states maxmimum of 2300mg sodium for the average american per day, and ideally no more than 1500mg.... Now I know the average american does not apply to intense weight training, so on average I am taking in around 2700mg a day. I do a bit of sweating at the gym, but is 2700mg too high??? Interested to know whether any of you worry about tracking sodium? And if so, where do you sit on average? This isn't a question about 'dropping water weight' or some crap... It's just for general health.
    Cheers

I sweat like a mother fucker when training, completely drenched. I don't track sodium intake, but I usually salt everything.
