I want to lean out, I bulked from 57kg (5.11) to 87kg, I've been out of training for a few months due to injury was thinking of starting an Epistane cycle to help dry me out. Will this be permanant bodyfat loss if I stick to my diet? I don't want to waste my time of money going to the dark-side if I may aswell stay on for the rest of my life. I heard you can maintain about 50% of your gains when you come off and then continue to grow naturally true/false? Regarding my diet, I stay away from sugars but sodium I'm sometimes having like 4000-5000mg of sodium MINIMUM a day. I know it's not good for me but fuck I love salt. Is there anyone here who can write me a diet specified for myself that I can learn to adapt to?
