Oh haha Imma eegit Yeah I'm not sure, but for me it was really a sub standard week of training.
5x5 is strength training.
Upping by 5kg each set seems a bit weird. The point of 5x5 is the 5th rep should be about 80‰ so adding 5kg would put you up above max effort.
Yeah it was just stupid, for me to be able to complete the 5 sets I needed to start the weight low, so first two sets were bloody pointless. It was fine for my compound exercises but yeah.. So pissed off. I'm trying very hard not to rant, I can't let my mind go down that path so just looking forward.
How's your back?
I'd treat the first 3 as warm-ups.
Back is good should be back to full training in a couple of weeks.
I was going to post that I feel that my progress has stalled but looking at the previous pic a week ago I think I've dropped some bf on my lower back. I have measurements tomorrow so I'll see then.

I can cut glass
Body fat the same, weight down to 70kg from 72kg, muscle mass down by like 3%, age up, bone mass down. Numbers everywhere. Different time of day, fasted and no training. So it's not very comparable and I'm not stressed (haha the only number that I'm trying not to fixate on is the lower muscle mass ).
Can i get a run down of ur diet HC?

If you're serious Hash, my diet is outlined on the first page I think. Quantities will depend on her stats of course.

if thats the case whatever is doing the measuring, try turning it off and on again.
definitely leaner, also as for muscle mass given the timing difference + fast could easily just be fluid shift. Good to hear you're not stressing though, keep at it.
Yeah came in at 22%. Actually needed to hear that, thank you, appreciate it scump. I think she has knee jerked on the diet because we have a weigh in at Omara's in two weeks. Im not going to over think it, especislly as i have another weigh in with her before Omara's, so next wednesday.
