    Hi Gents,

    Now we have a nation wide shutdown on gyms, those of us without equipment at home are going to be clawing at the walls.

    What are you planning on doing through the shutdown period to maintain those gains?

    Share it out lads, im shrinking by the minute.

    I'm looking at buying a squat rack with pull up bar AND getting on steroids.

    Do a shit load of deadlifts, all that requires is a bar and decent amount of weights.

    And if you don't have a lot of weights, do cleans, power cleans, clean pulls, snatches, complexes etc

    Can get a lot of work in with just a barbell.

    100% and you can even get some pretty serious work doing just body weight movements, handstand press ups, get someone to sit between your shoulders while doing standard push ups and I am seeing some decent gains doing bulgarian/single leg squats.
