14weeks out.... Morning everyone. So I'm 14 weeks from my next show; a qualifier here in the UK, where the top 2/3 get an invite to the Arnold Europe in Spain in September and British finals in addition in October. I have narrowly missed out on top 3 last couple of qualifiers/but I aim to come in my biggest and leanest for this show: I found keeping a log last prep really helped so I'll be documenting it here for you to see. I'll be competing in classic bodybuilding where the limit is 90 for my height, but want to bring ultra sharp condition!! My food intake is still high from 14 to 5-6" weeks out, when I start cutting and implementing cardio. I'm training 6 days a week currently, all further details, in addition to diet will be included here. Thanks for reading guys!!
