Jumping on the HGH

    Hello,

    First time poster here, and hopefully not the last!

    I am currently about to purchase some Genotropin HGH 50iu for 600, i would like to know are there any tests i need to take before i take HGH, i will be starting off 1iu a day for the first week, then 2iu a day for rest of it, is that a good way to start off? should i be doing more iu a day? Also i have been told to test with it 1ml a week.

    Any help with be appericated!

    1-2iu is low but for still good for health benefits.
    U will need a bit more if u are using for training purposes.

    Thanks for your reply.

    i'm currently 32, weight 75kg i work out 3 days a week, mon - wed - fri , currently taking it to build mass/muscle, what would you recommend for me if im using to build mass/muscle etc? Also are there any tests i need to take before i use HGH, like Ct scan on the body etc? Thanks again

    from what ive read online is 4iu+ daily for building.

    as for tests, im not sure.... i used to hear ppl talking about tests for cancer cells as hgh can increase chances of getting it..
    but im not 100% and doesnt seem like theres much info on the subject online.

    maybe someone else can help you out.

    Mate, if you weigh 75kg there are cheaper and more effective ways to build mass. Food jumps to mind as a primary option. Use the $600 for chicken and rice. HGH will not do shit for you even at 10iu pd, and on the off chance it makes you gain 10% in muscle, you'll still only reach 82kg.

    I don't know much about gh but I totally agree, sounds like you're only starting out man training 3 days a week and 75kg.

    Train hard with the compound lifts and eat and you will grow, save the gh for much later on, that shit is for advanced lifters man.

    Thanks for the replys. 75kg is the heaviest i have been, my meta is through the roof, im eating 5000+ calories a day plus ON serious mass gainer shakes. I will do more compound lift exercises in my workout and see how i am later on then maybe consider the GH. Thanks again

    eat more lift more maybe add test when you have been doing it for a long period.
    I wouldnt bother with hgh.

    If i was to do 2iu a day 5 days a week for 6 months, keep my workouts at 3-4 days a weeek, eat 5000+ calories a day, would i notice a difference? i have always been skinny my entire life and im sick of it.

    Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Press and bent over rows. Big compound lifts with a tonne of clean foods and you will grow. As the others have said HGH is for advanced lifters. Just eat clean and train like a warrior and you will get results. It will take time but it will happen.

    OK dude, good to see you realised after 55 you looked liked a pizza oven, so you become an internet power lifter. I'd rather pin GH then look like a beached whale.
