Thanks man.. will probably grab some of the stiff ones at some stage. At the moment my spds are pretty loose haha, not much fat to fill them out these days.

i cant recommend harris enough.
The support i have had from them is beyond what i have gotten from anyone and there products are solid.

i have 3 different products and all 3 have copped a hiding. the sleeves i have are used by 3 different people all different size and all 3 love them.

Hey mate, been using them a few weeks now. I really rate them. I got them to replace knee wraps cause i cant be bothered wrapping my knees for each set. id say with the right fitment they are 90% as good as knee wraps. but if you are going for a 1rm, nothing will compare to tight knee wraps.

For a pair they are actually a good price. but then add shipping you are looking a $100 pretty much. thats really reasonable compared to other brands.

they are tight but also comfortable enough to wear for the duration of the workout. i cant compare them to another brand but they are quiet stiff. "comp stiff"

for the price and the quality, i doubt youd be disappointed. just try get the right size.

cheers, hope that helps

Awesome. Thanks again man. Will probably get some soon.

Thanks for the answer man. Sounds like they are quality, will probably get some very soon.

Haha... nothing compares to knee wraps but they are annoying to wrap and honestly i think need to be used well to get the most from them. I find they change my form a bit and i probably don't use the bounce out of the bottom properly.

Thanks again man.

9mm harris sleeves look good anyone know if they're IPF approved or going to be? I've got a pair of sbd's but would like a tighter pair leading into meet.. just saw sbd's are like $140 now haha

benn I don't think they are currently, but pretty sure flow asked them about it. There's a 20% sale on until the 15th.

Spd is a big sponser of ipf right? I think from something i read on youtube regarding mark bells new stiff knee sleeves that ipf aren't looking to approve any new sleeves for now.

Could be wrong though. Sucks considering the cost of spds.

hmm decisions... cheers man 20% off is mad

yeah sbd must pay them big bucks bro.. I remember him saying his slingshot sleeves got approved? so they must still approve some things if the company pays enough.. such a flawed system if they fit the specs you should be able to use them.. one of the things I don't really like about ipf..

might have to suck it up and get new sbd's haha

Don't get the cast ones unless you're benching 150+. I usually use Metal silvers, but used a mates Harris cast while overhead pressing 90 and they were way too stiff for that.

I've only ever put those Raw ones on but not lifted in them. Quite soft but supportive. Friend benches 200 and likes them, so while soft still very supportive.

thanks guys, my PR is only 115kg x2.

i have have shitty little wrists so feel i need the support, raw ones sound good. i like the idea of soft. trying not to rest the weight onto the wrist wraps but keep my wrists more neutral, dont ask me why but i find this gives me a shit load less tendonitis and elbow pain.

i have lady wrist and tend to bench like a gay pterodactyl and they feel awesome.

actually i wore them loose today and got a click in the wrists then tightened them up and worked up to 130x5 with no drama
