    Whats good boys and girls?

Almost 4 years since i was actively posting here. I was 20 sumthin then....30 sumthin now....alot has changed.

Kept lifting until last year....damage done from the old 'SuperDump' finally caught up with me. Multiple surgeries later....im back and ready to lift.

Having the classic ectomorph shape...ive dropped all size and become addicted to shit food....because what was the point?

But im back.....mentally back anyway and READY.

BF is lowish....but I regularly get "compliments" from old friends about how much weight ive lost. It cuts me deep...

Hoping that 'muscle' memory' is a thing and im get back to a respectable size soon.

For now, im Back here to keep focus, reconnect with old connections and make new....Perahps ill indulge as a paid member again if were still doing that here?

Soon enough ill be back on that bike!

its a bit quiet here these days, but there are a few of us still around, and some just come for a quick squizz.

good to hear ur back into it... just keep at it and be safe.

im fighting a few injuries myself atm, but not bad enough to stop me from training thankfully.

Hey mate, welcome back. I’m new here... I came back recently from serious injury and have taken it easy with an old school periodisation program. I’m not on cycle, just train, eat, sleep, and for cardio, fucking. Lol

Anyway, it’s been awesome to have everything coming back so quickly. The body remembers! Enjoy the ride.
