Hey guys, I've been at the gym for about a year to lose weight, but my PT suggested 2 weeks ago we try deadlifting. So as of yesterday Im able to go 5 reps of 90kgs but today my back is really feeling it.. so I think maybe it's about time i get some equipment.. like a belt.. or.. brace.. or something. So, as mentioned before, I have been going to lost weight, I do have a gut on me, so will need something to go around it for the time being... does anyone have any tips on where I can look?? Rebel sport and those kinda places are failing me at the moment.. Also... any stretches I can to to ease the back pain???? Thank you for any help, and sorry if these are dumb questions!
