Let me start by saying sorry for asking this as I’m sure there is any answer out there somewhere, I just can’t find it....
How many grams of protein are in a 100g raw boneless skinless chicken breast.... In getting some wild variability in the answer when I google it, from 20g up to 35g... Chicken makes up a good portion of my daily protein macros so I want to be getting it right.

I did read the sticky thread and mandatory questions are answered below
    Gender: Male
    Age: 31
    Height: 181cm
    Weight: 85kg
BF%: 23-25% - did one of those body scan things at local supp store
    Daily activity level: office job
Training details: Doing the Fierce 5 program, weight training 3 days per week, no other cardio. 3 weeks in.
Goals: lose body fat, maintain/increase muscle mass (think the term is ‘recomping’????)

Anyway, if I’ve missed anything just ask...
    Thanks for the help

Well I say 30g of protein in 100g of chicken breast but I only got my info from a google search so maybe it isn't correct but i'd say it's pretty close.

Is that 100g weight cooked or raw? I was thinking just going with 30g per 100g cooked... I’m sure close enough is good enough.
Probably seems like I’m splitting hairs here but I’m a sucker for the fine details.... (I’m a finance analyst by trade....)

    That's cooked man.

I wouldn't get too podantic mate, definitely aim to eat clean and get enough protein but unless your competing you really don't need to go over the top with it.

My experience and words of advice, don't get hung up on the details, it'll drive you batty. Just be consistent, so weight all meats cooked, same as carbs etc

My fitness pal is a good app to consider. Anyway, it reckons 100g of skinless boneless grilled chicken in 28g of protein.

Yeah I really struggle to do things half assed.... Which is why I get caught up in the detail. It’s a curse lol.
Thanks for the advice. The more experienced people that tell me to relax about the small stuff the better.
