Hi Guys, I need some advice from anyone working nights(graveyard shift). I am struggling when it comes time to shred. Previously i used a diet plan with similar work out plan and lost weight quite easily. I ate 6 times per day so started at 5 am and last meal being around 8 pm. On training days my last 3 meals would be carbs. On non training days just last meal with carbs. So now i eat my first meal at 3pm and my last meal at 3 am. My energy levels and training are ok but just cant loose weight. I am maintaining which is ok as im not putting on weight but i have been same weight for 6 weeks. If anyone has had similar problem or can help me i would be much appreciated.
