    Hi All,

At the beginning of 2018 I came to the realisation that i was getting incredibly out of shape. So i embarked on (another) weight loss adventure, so far this is the longest i have stuck with it since having my daughter (she is 5).

    Starting Weight: 118.4kg
    Current Weight 98.1kg (christmas puddin)
    Lowest point: 92.7kg

    Food Diary

    Daily Supplements:

    inner health plus probiotic
    200mg magnesium
    mens multivitamin

Current weight training: (one rotation a week)

I am not quite sure where to go from here, any and all help will be extremely appreciated!

I assume that's an old profile photo then lol

So you mention being unfit and reaching a plateau, but what exactly are you asking? Is it your weight?

Yes it is, around 2012 I believe

At the moment my main goal is to get under 90kg and achieve 10-12% body fat.

I am at a point where it feels like I am eating an extremely small amount of food, and not losing weight or body fat.

What kinds of foods are you eating? Are you eating high energy foods that push your total kj intake past what you need to lose weight? It is pretty easy to gain weight unsuspectedly if you are eating lots of protein and fat rich foods. Maybe document a full week of your diet and see how you are tracking?

My bad sorry, I didn't see the link, hence my confusion lol

    What are your:
maintenance calories and calorie goal? you appear to be eating in excess of your target even if you include additional calories from exercise, unless the calorie goal is about 500 less than your maintenance cals
