Resistance Bands for Hip Mobility?

    I'll be keen on an answer too as I've been having some right knee pain when squatting. Did some googling and found some interesting videos on youtube. From what I've read and knowing my body the issue is either the hip or ankle or both. For me I definitely have tightness in the hip and ankle.

    bands

    Buy yourself a set of bands off ebay for not much more than the price of one. They are just latex. For hip mobility I use anything from the 3rd smallest to the largest depending on which area you are targeting
