Does it help you with your joints in your body hence *NOT POT*. And is it best to do at the start or finish of your workout?

There's claims it will cure a bulging disc etc. How accurate that is I don't know as I've never seen evidence of it personally, but it is a good way of getting lower back work in without doing more stressful movements.

In saying that, I know people who have neck issues who can't use it due to the position the handles are in. And it makes some peoples lower backs feel worse. IIRC Duffin and Brian Carroll did a video criticising its over use.

So basically, give it a go and see how it works for you.

As for when to use it, whenever you want. I use it as both a warm up and an accessory exercise in the 10-20 rep range.

Go slow, but ensure you view a few video's a couple of time to understand the form, or you will pull a few muscles.
I did that the first time.

That is no good. I will make sure to watch videos in order to avoid hurting myself. :)

I used to do them but started doing deadlifts and didn't feel the need to continue
