Have you tried supplementing with Taurine to see if that helps?

    Doing 3x3mg (liquid) doses. 6am, 10am and 2pm.

Anywho I have the 10am dose and the 2pm dose before/after a meal. This dose doesn't seem to show as many sides. Obviously because the food, is it important to try have on an empty stomach? I just need to eat and that dosing protocol is most convenient for me.

Just upped my doses to 3 x 8mg. Leg day yesterday and this morning I sneezed and my left side hip muscles cramped up. I was like oh shit, here. we. go. So I assume I should invest in some taurine?

only if you want to live lol.

last week one night i woke up at 1230am from the best sleep ever with a cramp in my right calf, limping around like a retard in my underwear trying to stretch it out, back to sleep. (remembered i only drank like 1L all day at work) wake up at 0230 with a cramp in my left calf, still cant straighten my right leg out from earlier so im hobbling around the room like a spaz lol.

random cramps in the fingers/knuckles too... drinking plenty of water and electrolytes (xtend for me) seems to keep them at bay, until my heavenly blessed taurine arrives lol

Pure gold. You would have looked like you were doing some kind of crossfit session at 2:30am.

I have the headaches too and I get light headed sometimes. The shit we do to lose a few kgs. Will be hunting for taurine tomorrow cheers.

Headaches? Use some liv52 and aspirin to thin the blood. If that doesn't assist, drop the dose a little bit.
Im going to start my next cycle soon after 4 months off.
Im using clen on the weekends tho, so im not dosing as often.
