classiccc, currently on 40mg's albut and 7.5mg's yohimbine.

doing 16mgs albut, and 7.5mg yohimbine 8am and doing fasted cardio
8mg noon
and 16mgs at 4 o clock pre workout dose, then like 1 scoop hyde or 2-3 craze pre workout

at this dose shit does feel very similar to being on 140+ mcgs of clen.. not gonna take it any higher. do get slight hand shakes for a few minutes with the albut and yohimbine on an empty stomach in the AM this dose is officialy CONETITS APPROVED

 

Just throwing this out there. Anyone get deeper sleep on alb?

Cant say it does [MENTION=4106]wuzza21[/MENTION], BUT im playing with this sleep app atm so when im back on in a week ill give it a crack n see how many deep sleep cycles I have n how long.

 

Well, ive jumped back onto my next cut. And i have been sleeping like a DREAM.

Deep sleeps, lots of dreams and waking up fresh as fuck.

Doubt it due to its extremely short half life. Unless your dumping before bed!! Lol.

In saying that, ive had terrible sleep since stopping it. But I put it down to travelling. Will be back on Monday so will be interesting to see.

 

So no1 takes it before bed do they? I don't get that pre workout feeling I've seen mentioned. When i take it Around 1 1/2 hours later I'm tired as fuck. I haven't tried it before bed tho

Nah I'm pretty sure the standard splitting of doses is done at 8am, 12pm and 4pm. Seriously getting tired from albuterol? That's strange mate it's a pretty powerful stimulant, if anything I would have thought taking it too close to bed and I'd be up and wired for hours.

i have a few mates that take 100 mcgs of clen before bed and sleep most of the sides off then are GTG the next day.. makes me wonder

 

dont think i could take 16mg before bed lol, but ye couple hours after taking i usually feel spent
