I use body spray and wash makeup before the gym except maybe the concealer because I feel naked without it. But the air con air makes my skin feel dry and I am scared if I use moisturiser it will cause acne or skin problem. If anyone tried and tested any awesome skin care products to use while training, please share it here? FYI I will try Jurlique citrus purifying mist for my face because it is light, it feels refreshing and the lemon smell is good for energy.
I got fucking stupid amounts of natural test and from 18-now iv'e had acne, its fucking shit but things iv'e found helped, NO DAIRY, no high sugar foods, and the biggest thing, a HEAP of water, I was drinking like 6 litres a day most days. also tea tree oil is a beautiful thing, cleanses my skin really well, probably works good for bacne too, but biggest thing is to avoid breakouts was no dairy or high sugar foods.
kingHIT; ok that is very funny.. I am kinda hoping that mean you are saying yes I am right? So maybe you don't experience the dryness. Well everyone skin is different so yours is more oily even if you don't apply refresher. You are one of the lucky ones lol. Lot of people have dry skin and you want to look after your skin to stop acne and prevent wrinkles. Also I forgot to mention lip balm: standard l'oreal matte or larocca lip shield. Smooth and light not greasy like some of the other formula.
I have super sensitive skin (and as a bonus still break out if I use heavy moisturizer). Depends if you want natural or not. QV make a pretty good range of non comedogenic oil free: http://www.qvskincare.com.au/product/qv-face-moisturising-day-cream# I love love love moogoo skim milk (get the skim milk though, not the full cream for your face). And sukin sensitive moisturizer: http://www.sukinorganics.com/Product/Sensitive/42/Sensitive-Facial-Moisturiser
Oh sorry to hear that, every time I get acne problem I want to lay in bed and fml lol. I find it is VERY hard to get rid of so when they say prevention is the best cure.. well that applies to acne very much! I agree tea tree is awesome. Smells beautiful and the itching stops when you put it on. Lots of water, no dairy, as little sugar as possible are very good tips. Also I try to avoid the fried and oily foods to stop the break out. Here is one recipe I use and it makes your skin feel great! Mix really well together one egg white, 1/2 cup cooked instant oats, a teaspoon olive oil, few drops of lemon juice. Spread on your face and neck and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse off nicely then say hello baby smooth skin.
yes its worse being a bouncer being on the door of a pub/club that gets hundreds in a night, I don't let it phase me though. Its been so bad before I felt the same way..Being a girl is even worse for it, I know a few girls who had/have bad acne and know how crappy they feel. Thank you for the recipe, i'll give it a go one day, I got a baby face with dimples already so baby smooth skin will fit in well haha. I get called the manchild at work :|
I had horrible Dry Skin I have. But what I have found is to keep it moisturized daily, for dual purposes. I use. You can buy in a 1.2 Liter at Big W the following http://www.palmersaustralia.com/products/body/cocoa-butter-lotion-vitamin-e/ Vaseline Aloe Fresh in 1.2 Liter Saves keep on buying it, mix it up weekly depending on skin tone, works like a charm.
1200mg of equpoise seems to be going alright for me. Detol soap for the body and neck. Face i use hot as i can stand face washer to open the pores then sukin face wash and rinse then repeat step one. I was on accutane for 3 to 4 months this way is far more effective for me.
Going to give this a go! I remember my brother saying he went to a beauty therapist and she did the same thing but not with a face washer, and opened up all his pores and squeezed all the black heads out and hes never had acne again
Use a basic soap free wash like qv wash, then after you've dried your face, put on some 2.5% benzyl peroxide. Moisturise afterwards if you want. Been doing this for years and it works well..
Charlee; thank you I will def check the moogoo skim milk. Oh this is just in time because its shopping day tomorrow haha. I LOVE the sukin products they are amazing.. Mrmango; baby face? dimples? That is very cute! I want to add that I am using the gold bio-collagen facial mask after training and shower which is super hydrating make the skins feel super silky which is perfect if you have 10 minutes. But you have to stay very still.
There are so many options but the Neutrogena comboskin moisturiser is a good choice because it is oil free to control the shiny look and is also able to control a breakout or pore problem. I have also use the Nivea aqua sensation which is quite cheap and available in most places. Remember, the shiny look can come from any moisturiser if you apply too much, if this happens get a soft tiissues and pat on the face to remove excess. Hope this help you
That's for that, actually gonna head off now and grab the combo skin moisturiser and see how it goes rep ped when I get on the computer
I only use a little coconut oil after a shower to lock in moisture, I've found for me it's best and less likely to cause acne. Other creams I find clog my pores and I end up feeling kinda grubby. I don't use makeup just a little sunscreen.
Do you use turmeric cream at all? As a male found it works like wonders on various alignments.. Tried offering it to a gal at work for pimples adverse effects not as well working.
I only eat tumeric I had bad acne about 7 years ago but I believe much of it was hormonal. However for me I think leaving m6 face alone was a turning point. I dont use cleansers because I feel they strip my skin making it go into overdrive for oil production, and acne. My skin is clear and has been for about 5 years after diet change, skipping products and also I think just hormones settling with age and breastfeeding. I feel very sorry for people with it, it can be so frustrating and depressing. It is worth trying the no rouch product free thing for 30 days and checking products arent making it worse.
nothing and i mean nothing beats swazzle sauce, ya hair, face, legs or back its so rejuvenating for your whole body but you must still be careful with it, too much awesome and you may just get arrested Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
